Disney v. DeSantis
Disney filed a lawsuit against Ron DeSantis alleging the DeSantis-led Florida Government seized control over DisneyWorld’s special taxing district in unlawful retaliation for Disney speaking out against Florida’s “Don’t Say Gay” law.

Vaughn v. Witzke
Vaughn had twins with his husband via surrogacy. Witzke, a far-right political activist, made heated remarks on the situation. Vaughn then sued Witzke alleging that her remarks were defamatory.

Kellogg v. Churchome
Churchome is a Seattle-based megachurch. It has a policy that requires its employees to tithe back to the church. Churchome employee Kellogg filed suit alleging that this tithing requirement is unlawful.
